Pre-op List Prep

Prepare tomorrow's theatre list in one place. Load the Bluespier list, add what you find in the pre-op assessment, previous anaesthetic charts, Evolve and ICE, and finish with a printable Word table or a Ward view for your phone or tablet.

Open always runs the newest version. Download saves a copy that works without internet; come back here for updates, and check the version label beside the tool's title.

Install it as an app

Adding it to your phone, tablet or computer gives it its own icon, opens it full screen and lets it work without internet. It updates itself whenever you're online.

How to use it

1. Open it with the button above, or double-click your downloaded copy to open it in Edge or Chrome.
2. Load your list: in Bluespier, double-click the blue title field of the operating list, choose Send to Word on the Theatre List tab, save it, and drop it onto the tool (or copy the table in Word and paste it in).
3. Add the details for each patient, mostly with one-click buttons. Abnormal values are flagged, and Ward view shows one patient per screen on a phone or tablet.
4. Save your work as a Word file when you're done. You can reopen that file in the tool later to carry on.

Patient details never leave your device: the tool runs entirely in your browser and uploads nothing. Use it on any computer, phone or tablet where you're permitted to access patient data. Anonymous usage counts (such as "a list was loaded") are collected to see how much it's used; nothing you type is ever sent.
