Bluespier theatre list → anaesthetic pre-op sheet

Prepare tomorrow's theatre list in one place. Load the Bluespier list, then quickly add what you find in the pre-op assessment, previous anaesthetic charts, Evolve and ICE (bloods). You end up with a clear, printable sheet for the whole list.

  1. Load the listBring in the theatre list from Bluespier. Empty rows are removed and each patient gets a colour-coded card.
  2. Add the detailsHeight and weight (BMI worked out), bloods, PMH, drugs, allergies, airway, investigations and plan, mostly with one-click buttons. Abnormal values are flagged.
  3. Use itSave a Word table for the list, print it, or use Ward view on a phone or tablet to go round the patients.

  1. In Bluespier, double-click the blue title field of the operating list.
  2. On the Theatre List tab on the left, select Send to Word.
  3. When the list opens in Word, either save it (Word or .rtf) and drop it here, or select all, copy, and paste it here: Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C, then Ctrl+V on a computer, or the Paste list button on a phone.

Everything stays in this browser window. Nothing is uploaded, and nothing is kept after you close the tab, so save the Word file when you're done.
